The forearm muscles are a part that most people ignore! But just such an inconspicuous little part may limit your overall development!
Exercising your forearms isn’t just about looking good. It can help you improve performance in many full-body exercises, such as back exercises and grip strength in lifting movements like deadlifts.
Today I’m going to introduce you to a good way to exercise your forearm muscles!
The forearm muscles are mainly responsible for rotating the elbow joint and flexing and extending the wrist joint
Today we will use dumbbells to exercise!
1. Rotation
As shown in the picture: use a detachable dumbbell, remove one end of the dumbbell plate, hold the dumbbell with one hand, and hold the elbow joint with the other hand to fix it! Then rotate the forearm inward, then outward, or vice versa.
2. Flexion and extension!

In the same starting position, use opposite grips to hold the dumbbells to keep the elbow and shoulder joints stable. Then stretch forward and then pull back!
