1. Dumbbell Press
First sit on a stool and lean your back on the stool. Pick up a dumbbell with both hands and perform a press exercise. During the practice, we pay attention to the correct posture of the hands, and the movements should be coordinated with our bodies as much as possible.
2. Side raises
Stand upright, holding a dumbbell in each hand, arms hanging naturally on both sides of the body, palms facing each other, and feet shoulder-width apart. This is the starting position of the movement. Keeping your arms slightly bent, raise the dumbbells to your sides while exhaling until they are at shoulder height. During the lifting process, you can tilt the tiger's mouth slightly downward to concentrate the force on the shoulders. Pause at the top and feel the contraction of your shoulder muscles. Then lower the dumbbells back to the starting position while inhaling.
3. Barbell Press
Stay standing and focus on your shoulders. Let your wrist slowly tilt back slightly. During the exercise, the range of the push must be in place and the movement must be done well. It is best to allow the barbell to reach your chin before pushing up.
4. Unilateral raise with equipment
Adjust the machine so that you can pull the equipment with one hand and put one hand behind you to avoid any random posture during the exercise. Because only one hand is performing the raise exercise, you only need to maintain an upright stance, and no large movements are required.
4. Rope Face Pull
First, adjust the position of the tensioner to the level of your face, then hold the rope with both hands and slowly pull it toward your face.Open your hands back.
