During the process, keep a straight line from your head and neck to your feet, and use the power of your arms to push your body up and down. One "up and down" is a repetition of push-ups.
Don’t go too fast or too slow. Generally, 4-6 groups are done each time, and each group is done 20-30 times according to personal circumstances, or until the point of exhaustion.
